About this event
Before the modern orchestra existed, music was intimate, immediate, and alive with colour, played on gut strings, wooden flutes, and bows that sang rather than pushed. Join us for an evening of baroque and early classical chamber music inspired by the sounds and performance styles of the 18th century, and hear for yourself what three hundred years of music almost forgot.
