Original job description

RV Sales Consultant in Kamloops, BC.

Fraserway RV in Kamloops is hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our sales team. You don’t need RV or car sales experience. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, real estate, telecom, fitness memberships, or any customer-facing sales role, we want to talk to you.

We’ll teach you the product. You bring the energy, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

What You Can Earn

Commission-based income (no base salary)
Top performers earn $100,000 - $300,000 annually
High-ticket products = strong commission potential
No cap on what you can make

This is not a “salary plus small bonus” job. This is a performance-based opportunity with serious earning potential.

Why RV Sales?

Customers are buying adventures and memories
Larger transactions mean larger commissions
A growing lifestyle industry with strong demand
Structured dealership hours compared to traditional car sales

What You’ll Do

Meet with customers and understand their travel goals
Show and demonstrate RVs through engaging walkarounds
Match buyers with the right RV for their lifestyle and budget
Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships
Work with finance and service teams to complete smooth deliveries

You’re guiding people through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll ever make.

What We’re Looking For

Some form of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working weekends during peak season
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No RV knowledge? No problem. We provide training and ongoing support.

Why Fraserway RV?

Canada’s largest and most trusted RV dealership
Established brand with strong customer traffic
Supportive, team-oriented environment
Benefits package
Ongoing training and advancement opportunities

Ready to Build a High-Income Career?

If you’re competitive, coachable, and ready to grow, this could be your opportunity.

Apply today and take control of your earning potential.
