Supervision and suitable swimwear
Children six and younger need an in-water supervisor aged at least 16 and must remain within arm’s reach. The maximum is three such children to one supervisor. Infants, toddlers and people with incontinence need a swim diaper or elastic swim pants under swimwear.
Clean, suitable swimming attire is required; underwear is not accepted swimwear. Shower before entering, remove outside shoes before the deck and changerooms, and report injuries or contamination to staff immediately.

Changerooms and recording
The universal changeroom is open to everyone, but stay clothed outside private cubicles. Accessible changerooms are reserved for people with disabilities. Lock valuables; the City does not take responsibility for theft or loss.
Cameras and recording devices need City approval, and recording is never allowed in changerooms or washrooms. Do not treat a personal family photo as an exemption. Follow staff and posted rules.

Play-feature age, height and capacity

Westsyde’s Slope Slide has the same seven-year and height minimum and one-user limit. Its climbing wall is for swimmers seven and older, one at a time, feet-first exits and no lifejackets. Feature access is not guaranteed at every swim session; use current schedules.
